{"id":2878,"date":"2019-10-15T16:42:53","date_gmt":"2019-10-15T16:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/generate.fr\/1ere-rencontre-grands-groupes-start-up-generate-chez-nexter\/"},"modified":"2019-10-17T14:11:57","modified_gmt":"2019-10-17T14:11:57","slug":"1ere-rencontre-grands-groupes-start-up-generate-chez-nexter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/generate.fr\/en\/1ere-rencontre-grands-groupes-start-up-generate-chez-nexter\/","title":{"rendered":"1st Meeting \"Majors companies\/GENERATE Start-ups\" at NEXTER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, the first \"Majors\/GENERATE\" meeting was held at NEXTER in Satory.<\/p>\n<p>This type of event allows major defence companies and young start-ups, accompanied by the \"GENERATE\" acceleration program, to discuss their needs and solutions for a day and consider collaborations.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, NEXTER was the first GICAT company to offer to host a small dozen start-ups selected by their teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ALEPH-NETWORKS<\/li>\n<li>DIVA ROBOTICS<\/li>\n<li>OTHELLO<\/li>\n<li>NUMALIS<\/li>\n<li>CERBAIR<\/li>\n<li>OLEA INNOVATION<\/li>\n<li>DIODON DRONE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NEXTER had put many efforts into organizing this event with about fifteen directors and managers of the various entities of the group: procurement, innovation, strategy, M&amp;A, operations, etc. The morning was an opportunity for these start-ups to discuss with them and understand the organization and strategy of the host company on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The NEXTER group, R&amp;T strategy<\/li>\n<li>Open Innovation and CSR Purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Robotics<\/li>\n<li>Artificial intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Innovation and digital transformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a second step, after a convivial lunch, the start-ups were able to present their innovative solutions and express their needs and expectations towards NEXTER.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, this first edition is a success and bodes well for good cooperation between the company and these start-ups accelerated by the GICAT.<\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that this event will very soon see new editions with other major defence industry groups wishing to exchange views with innovative start-ups.<\/p>\n<p>Photo : NEXTER<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, the first \"Majors\/GENERATE\" meeting was held at NEXTER in Satory.
